All-round Technician
Are you a technician who loves variety, enjoys working independently and gets excited about solving mechanical challenges? Do you speak the language of farmers and know how to quickly help them out when something goes wrong? Then this job is for you!
What will you be doing?
As a technician, you’re the one who gets our systems running—and keeps them running. You install, maintain and repair them. We start the day at 8:00 a.m. with a cup of coffee and a quick run-through of the schedule. Then you hop in your van and head out to the job—sometimes solo, sometimes with a colleague.
Your work is super varied. You’ll install new projects, including setting up machines, managing the water system around them, and commissioning the system. You’ll perform maintenance and repairs on our covering systems, fix leaks in the covers, and advise customers on use and upkeep. You’ll also contribute ideas for product improvements and innovation.
You explain to clients and coworkers how to get the most out of the system. Got an idea to improve something? Bring it up—we discuss new ideas as a team at the office. You often work independently and also handle the planning and paperwork around your jobs. That makes you not just a technician, but also one of Agridek’s ambassadors.

What we’re looking for
- Experience as an (all-round) technician
- Affinity with the agricultural sector – you don’t need to be a farmer, but you should understand life on the farm
- A love for working independently
- Driver’s licence B (BE is a bonus!)
- Available for 32–40 hours per week
