Since they regularly ensile in-between feedings, the silage pit had to be opened and resealed more often. With a conventional system, that takes a lot of time, so the covering often got postponed until the next day. The Agridek system has made that job significantly easier: within 30 minutes after ensiling, the pit is sealed airtight — all by a single person.
