Smart silage management at the Gosselink family with the Agridek portal system type 1

In Silvolde, the Gosselink family shows what modern silage management looks like. On top of three cuts of grass silage, they added 11 hectares of corn cob mix (CCM) and 11 hectares of maize silage into their brand-new Bosch Beton silo, equipped with the Agridek portal system type 1.

This automatic covering system seals the silage quickly, tightly and airtight – with minimal labour and maximum forage quality. The system can lift up to 4.5 tonnes, glides smoothly over the extended edge of the silo, and uses seven water-filled tubes (17 m³) to ensure a perfectly airtight seal.
